The Field Operations Manager at A-1 Rocket Energy Services is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Floresville, TX area, ensuring compliance with safety and DOT regulations while managing a team of drivers and field staff. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily activities of drivers, dispatch, and field crews.
• Enforce DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of drivers and field staff.
• Assist with customer interactions in the field and support inside sales efforts.
• Collaborate with dispatch to manage driver schedules and load assignments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, implementing improvements.
• Respond promptly to any on-site incidents or issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in field operations management, preferably in oil & gas, transportation, or logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Extensive understanding of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Proficiency with field management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
