This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, particularly those with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) experience. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing CNC machines at various customer locations throughout the state. You will operate from your residence and travel Monday through Friday in a company-supplied van, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support. Responsibilities

  • Travel throughout South Carolina to troubleshoot, repair, and install CNC machines at customer locations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support during service calls.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge regarding CNC machinery and related technologies.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical and electrical background.
  • Experience with CNC machines is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the state and work flexible hours.

  • Previous experience in a field service role.
