The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting services of all Dynex Technologies products, either at customer sites or at the factory depot. This role requires effective communication with customers to ensure complete satisfaction, as well as timely responses to customer inquiries. The technician will also need to maintain thorough documentation of all service activities, including service orders, customer surveys, and expense reports. The technician must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating dependability, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks from various sources is essential, as is a willingness to take on and resolve a variety of tasks while documenting results. The role requires considerable travel, with expectations of 60-99% travel to meet customer needs and provide on-site support.
