Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing incoming mail.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and data entry tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is a plus.
