About the position

The Finance Director for Global Supply Chain Planning at Solventum is responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership to enhance service, cost, and cash management within the global supply chain. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to set financial direction, develop end-to-end processes, and ensure compliance with financial standards, all while driving productivity improvements and maintaining alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational financial leadership to Global Supply Chain Planning.
• Set direction on volumes, inventory, and spending for Global Supply Chain operations.
• Develop and drive end-to-end processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting.
• Ensure consistency of operations and reporting across Global Supply Chain.
• Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support Global Supply Chain rhythms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance in planning processes.
• Implement and maintain an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
• Analyze planning spend and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance or related field.
• Fifteen (15) years of experience in finance organizations with understanding of business unit and commercial processes.
• Five (5) years of experience in financial modeling and planning support for global organizations.
• Five (5) years of finance experience within a manufacturing industry.

Nice-to-haves

• CPA, CMA or equivalent international certification.
• Experience in the MedTech Industry.
• Five (5) years of finance experience within a healthcare industry.
• Leadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead through others and influence.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience managing senior level teams.
• Experience in a global business setting.
