The role encompasses broad-based leadership responsibilities over the planning processes, analytical content creation, and all underlying systems and data infrastructure. This includes model design, process implementation, and recurring management routines aimed at driving performance visibility across the enterprise and enhancing operational efficiencies by identifying areas for improvement. The successful candidate will lead comprehensive budget and forecast development, collaborating with senior management and business subject matter experts. This scope includes P&L, Cash Flow/Balance Sheet, and underlying operational drivers. The position also involves preparing operating and financial performance benchmarking and analysis, monitoring and analyzing operating results against budgets, strategic plans, and goals. In addition, the role requires creating and improving analytics related to product and technology investment returns to maximize profitability and return on investment. The candidate will establish and lead recurring management reporting routines to ensure actionable intelligence regarding the overall product cost structure and performance drivers. Working closely with management, the individual will prepare business cases to facilitate budget preparation, measure investment decisions, and proactively measure key performance indicators to recommend actions based on the current business environment. The role also includes creating pricing models and analyses to understand the financial impact on revenue models and profitability, as well as preparing quarterly management committee operational reports and board review materials. The ability to plan, organize, and lead the work of others while developing goals and objectives consistent with corporate vision and strategies is essential. Furthermore, the candidate will support the company's commitment to risk management and the protection of the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
