This specific team focuses on financial strategy, planning, and analysis, ensuring that our platform initiatives align with company-wide goals and deliver maximum value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with Worldpay’s platform growth objectives.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and technology teams to drive financial discipline, optimize pricing models, and evaluate new revenue opportunities.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.
• Establish key financial metrics, track platform performance, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Build financial models and ROI analyses to support product investments, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure financial controls, compliance, and governance for all platform-related initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or FP&A, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in payments, fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven financial management.
• Expertise in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and business case development.
• Proven ability to partner with product and commercial teams to drive business growth.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
