About the position

The Finance Director will play a crucial role in managing the financial strategy and operations of the organization, particularly within the government or non-profit sectors. This position involves overseeing treasury functions, financial planning, and risk management while ensuring the organization's financial performance aligns with its long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage financial strategy
• Develop key financial models
• Manage internal finance IT system
• Provide financial analysis
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Manage company cash flows
• Provide cost benefit analysis
• Oversee quarterly, monthly, annual audit process
• Perform financial research as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
• 10+ years accounting or finance experience
• Experience in Shared Services and Manufacturing is a plus
• Experience with JD Edwards, Salesforce, and Workday
• International experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
