About the position
The Manager position in the Financial Operations practice at PwC involves working closely with senior financial leaders to optimize finance functions and enhance their contributions to business success. The role focuses on transforming finance operations through strategic execution, streamlining processes, and leveraging technology to deliver high-quality services efficiently. As a Manager, you will lead a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business challenges and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- System experience with LeaseAccelerator/EZ lease, CoStar, and Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of IFRS 16 and US GAAP 842 Accounting Standards.
- Experience with Equipment, Embedded, and Real Estate leases.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong background in consulting, design, and implementation of lease accounting internal offerings.
- Knowledge of PwC sales cycle and ability to prioritize competing requests across Operations and BizDev needs.
- Understanding of end-to-end lease management processes related to lease administration and accounting.
- Ability to collaborate with PwC System Support and Operational Leads to understand client accounting policies.
- Awareness of the latest advancements in lease accounting regulations.
