The Financial Analyst supports and assists with the preparation of financial analyses and reports including, but not limited to, operational and capital budgets, financial statements, physician compensation, revenue cycle reporting, statistical reports, cost analyses and other financial information; perform complex and specialized assignments in assigned area of expertise; perform lead role in coordinating complex projects. BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager. Required to work with the Decision Support Manager regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Accounting Department.
