Financial Analyst-Operations

About the position

As a Financial Analyst (Operations), you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting processes, and providing insightful reporting on operational expenditures and initiatives. Your work will help drive data-informed decisions that optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support annual budgeting, expense forecasting, and statistical reporting.
• Prepare and evaluate financial forecasts to enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis challenges.
• Maintain financial systems and databases to support budget planning, allocations, and forecasting.
• Assist with financial research projects and analyze operational results for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-5 years experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry with some exposure to Cost accounting

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion is a plus
