On this team, you will prepare, analyze and report key financial and RCM information to provide decision support for executive caregivers within the Corporate Financial Operations and Planning Department. Currently, this area is looking to hire qualified candidates for roles ranging from Financial Analyst I to Senior Financial Analyst depending on experience. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information and provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
  • Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
  • Complete special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and one year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and two years of experience in a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certifications.
