Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Financial Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, interpreting, and distributing financial data. Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and consolidate weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports to analyze performance trends, identify variances, and support operational efficiency improvements
• Conduct financial analysis across key areas such as payroll productivity, operating variances, per-capita spending, retail operations, inventory, accounts receivable, and capital spending justifications
• Assist with month-end close processes, monthly forecasting, and annual planning, compiling financial data and summarizing results in clear financial statements
• Provide support and guidance to field finance personnel and Regional Controllers on financial reporting systems and ad hoc reporting tools
• Maintain and enhance financial templates, leveraging technology and best practices to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of combined financial analysis experience in a large organization; prior experience in finance or business analysis preferred
• Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to learn new technology
• OneStream experience is preferred
• Experience with financial analysis and data mining
