About the position

We are seeking a skilled and analytical individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, possesses strong time management skills, and is highly proficient in financial analysis and reconciliation tasks. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in providing accurate and timely financial data, overseeing inventory and asset management, and reconciling accounts. This role supports strategic decision-making across departments, ensuring financial performance is optimized by analyzing trends, identifying variances, and suggesting improvements. You will also manage fixed assets and collaborate closely with internal and external partners. This is a full-time position with immediate availability. Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, with 8 to 10 hour shifts. Occasional night shifts or weekend work may be required. This position is based at our headquarters in Marietta, GA, and requires the ability to commute to the office for in-person work. The Financial Analyst will contribute significantly to the company’s financial performance by ensuring the accuracy of inventory and asset management processes. Your expertise in financial analysis will support key business decisions and drive efficiency improvements across multiple departments. This is an office-based role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Expect regular collaboration with accounting teams, external partners, and department leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee weekly closing activities.
  • Reconcile inventory accounts for finished goods, ingredients, packaging, and spare parts.
  • Manage fixed assets and capital expenditures in compliance with company policies and GAAP.
  • Conduct financial analysis, monitor variances, and suggest process improvements.
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of business finance and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management, analytical, and communication skills.
