Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analysis tools and business intelligence software to track revenue and bookings performance and trends
  • Generate regular reports and insights on key revenue metrics to assist in strategic decision-making
  • Run and present revenue forecasting models
  • Reconciliation of actuals against models; ability to describe performance trends and metrics to inform forecast
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to assess the performance of existing offerings and identify opportunities for new revenue streams
  • Track key objectives and progress across the business
  • Support materials for board of directors meetings and engage with senior leaders in preparation for those meetings
  • Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements and solutions

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, banking, consulting, financial services or a related analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
  • All around team player, fast, and self-learning individual
  • Executive presence, able to engage with senior business leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
