Responsibilities

• Conduct complex financial analysis and planning for the college.
• Perform revenue and expenditure forecasting and analyze enrollment trends.
• Collect and analyze statistical and administrative data to develop recommendations.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in operational systems and procedures.
• Prepare reconciliations and analytic schedules for college council meetings.
• Develop and submit college budgets, including special studies on operations and capital budgets.
• Assist in the implementation and upgrading of computerized systems for administration and student services.
• Prepare training materials and assist in training staff on budget development policies.
• Respond to analytical inquiries from college staff and faculty.
• Prepare budget and expenditure transfers for the computerized accounting system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, public administration, statistics, business administration, or a related area.
• Three or more years of full-time experience in a professional level administrative or accounting assignment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, budget preparation, and financial analysis methods.
