Financial Management Analyst Senior - IFG - Level 3

About the position

This position will be part of the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Program Cost Analysis Team for the F-22 Program in Fort Worth, Texas. This position will be responsible for preparing earned value data, performing analysis, and communicating key drivers and financial impacts to program stakeholders. This role will play a key part in preparing and compiling analysis for the quarterly Contract Status Review (CSR) and the yearly Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC). This role will also be responsible for preparing and submitting external financial deliverables such as Contract Fund Status Report (CFSR), Cost Performance Report (CPR) or Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), and Funding Notifications. It is highly desirable that the candidate also possess excellent communication skills as well as a strong ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced team environment as this position heavily interacts with and supports IFG Business Managers and Program Managers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare earned value data and perform analysis.
• Communicate key drivers and financial impacts to program stakeholders.
• Prepare and compile analysis for quarterly Contract Status Review (CSR).
• Prepare and compile analysis for yearly Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC).
• Prepare and submit external financial deliverables such as Contract Fund Status Report (CFSR), Cost Performance Report (CPR), and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR).
• Submit Funding Notifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience developing and using MS Excel pivot tables, lookups, and/or databases to obtain data and develop reports.
• Experience with Financial analysis.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
• Experience budgeting and tracking a program.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) concepts and application.
• Experience with Deltek tool suite (Cobra, PM Compass), wInsight and/or Empower.
• Knowledge of Program Performance Management processes.
• Experience with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx and/or other data visualization platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
