Financial Planning Analyst

About the position

The FP&A Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager and work closely with other Senior Managers across the company supporting core FP&A processes while providing strategic and analytical insights. This role requires collaboration across the business in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and report on key financial and operational metrics via dashboards, forecasts, and presentations in collaboration with managers across the business.
• Complete monthly reporting packages for review with all of management.
• Assist in developing detailed, bottoms-up budgets and forecasts for short- and long-term strategic planning.
• Assist with the maintenance of a 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Provide data-driven insights on cost, productivity and other production metrics.
• Analyze cash flow, product cost and expenses, working with leadership to identify and implement improvements.
• Investigate financial and operational performance variances, assisting leaders in corrective actions.
