Goldenwest Credit Union is a premier non-profit financial cooperative dedicated to providing exceptional member service to our members in Utah and Idaho. As a Financial Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting members and prospective members with various financial transactions, including currency exchanges, account openings, and consumer loan applications. This part-time position offers a guaranteed base wage of $15 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance. In this role, you will be expected to cultivate and manage long-term, trusting relationships with our members. You will complete teller transactions, open new accounts, and process consumer loan applications. Additionally, you will assist members over the phone and ensure that their financial needs are met by pairing them with the appropriate credit union products and services. Consistent follow-up with members is essential to maintain trust and satisfaction. You will also be required to comply with all regulations as mandated by law and actively participate in continuing education related to your career development within the credit union.
