About the position

As a Financial Services Representative at World Finance, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers on their financial journey. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently, with a focus on maximizing growth. This position requires you to utilize sound lending skills to maximize potential profits while adhering to company policies for effective account collection. Providing excellent customer service is essential, as it is a key component of marketing the branch and promoting the company culture. In this role, you will guide customers toward upward credit mobility by helping them make informed financial choices. You will be responsible for processing and preparing loan applications, taking and processing payments, and preparing loan documents for closing on current renewal loans. Daily tasks will also include balancing your assigned cash drawer, preparing and completing the daily branch bank deposit, and possibly transporting money to and from the bank. Building strong customer relationships and fostering a sense of community within your branch will be vital to your success. Additional duties may include following up on approved and unmade applications to close loans, assisting in building tax clientele and providing tax services, and sending complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application. You will also be responsible for paying branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
