About the position

The Firmwide Resiliency Product Analyst Associate at JPMorgan Chase plays a critical role in enhancing the Firmwide Resiliency Program. This position involves collaborating with scrum teams and business partners to deliver exceptional user experiences and support the Resiliency Uplift Program, ensuring the firm's preparedness against disruptions. The analyst will be responsible for gathering user requirements, performing in-depth analysis, and maintaining the product backlog while working closely with UX and UAT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Form strong bonds and maintain healthy working relationships with scrum teams.
  • Collect user requirements and feedback from business partners and project leads in various settings.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigorous delivery expectations.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of existing system behaviors and business processes related to project goals.
  • Discuss functional details of workflows and technical information at a high level.
  • Write Epics and Stories to deliver features that fulfill project goals.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on area product owned systems.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with Business Analysts, refining Epics and Stories in JIRA.
  • Collaborate with User Experience (UX) teams on the design of new features and components.
  • Work with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to ensure test coverage.
  • Build relationships with co-supplier stakeholders from multiple regions and product areas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Product Analyst or analysis role.
  • Ability to assimilate information and learn new applications and processes easily.
  • Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira and understanding of Backlog Prioritization Techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of communication and efficiency tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and MS Office apps.
  • Solid ability to analyze user procedures and workflows, and create feature enhancements or new workflows based on that analysis.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of developing positive relationships, especially in challenging situations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation.
  • Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and maintain calmness under pressure.
