HOTWORX Boerne is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Sales Associates to join our innovative 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio. Our studio offers a unique fitness experience with 24-hour access to virtual workouts, including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, and Hot Buns, all conducted in a sauna environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fitness and sales, and who thrive in a dynamic customer service environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales, retaining existing members, and engaging with the community to promote our brand. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting studio tours, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests. This position offers hourly pay along with generous commissions, making it an exciting opportunity for those looking to grow in the fitness industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate new membership sales and retain existing members.
- Conduct community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new leads.
- Engage in retail sales and provide ongoing customer service to members.
- Greet members and guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
- Respond to member requests, inquiries, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow up with guests and members professionally via email and phone.
- Complete daily studio cleaning activities.
Requirements
- Previous commission-based sales experience is required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Comfortable making high-volume sales phone calls daily.
- Health and fitness-oriented mindset is preferred.
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly sales quotas is required.
- Outgoing and quick learner with a positive attitude is essential.
