About the position

The Fitness Sales Manager is a dynamic leadership role focused on driving sales and managing operations within a fitness club. This position requires a motivated individual who can inspire a team, enhance customer service, and create a positive environment for employees and members alike. The manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals, overseeing club operations, and promoting the Anytime Fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Create additional traffic & generate sales.
• Oversee the operations and production of the fitness club.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, & guests.
• Manage the club's customer relationship management system.
• Develop business-to-business relationships.
• Engage with the community through events and wellness activities.
• Post on social media daily to promote the club.
• Ensure cleanliness of the club at all times.
• Handle customer service issues that may arise in the health club.
• Manage staff of personal trainers to ensure clients' needs are met.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience leading a team.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and developing a sales-focused and customer-centric team.
• Experience in sales management and outside marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in the fitness industry (preferred).
• Ability to meet and maintain all key performance indicators.
