About the position
The Flexible Customer Service Associate is responsible for consulting with customers regarding their rental needs, maximizing revenue opportunities by offering products and services, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role includes shuttling customers and preparing vehicles for pick-up, which involves cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers on their rental needs.
- Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services.
- Overcome customer objections to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide world-class customer service and sales support.
- Shuttle customers as needed.
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning and assessing damage.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities necessary for job responsibilities.
- Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
