Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and sales support.
• Shuttle customers as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and demonstrate accountability.
• Initiative in customer service interactions.
• Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines.
