About the position

The Senior FMS Program Analyst will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) projects by managing and analyzing cost, schedule, and performance data. This role involves regular interaction with U.S. government and international partners, conducting receiver handling and integration reviews, and coordinating security cooperation and assistance. The analyst will help refine program requirements and ensure effective communication to meet program goals and quality standards, contributing to the success of FMS projects for the U.S. Space Force.

Responsibilities

  • Support FMS program management by analyzing cost, schedule, and performance data.
  • Conduct receiver handling and integration reviews (RHIRs) and site security surveys.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of security cooperation and assistance.
  • Identify and analyze solutions for successful delivery of security and cooperation programs.
  • Determine and refine program requirements through effective communication.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GPS user equipment specification and evaluation.
  • Experience with laboratory and field testing of military systems, preferably with GPS capability.
  • Knowledge of adaptive signal processing techniques for military systems performance enhancement.
  • Experience with foreign clients and export control, including ITAR issues.
  • Experience analyzing international security cooperation policy.
  • Knowledge of Military GPS User Equipment and Protected Positioning Service (PPS) signals.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with DoD program budgets and CCaR inputs.
  • Knowledge of GPS PPS Security Policies related to FMS.
  • Ability to work with foreign nations to assess conformance to U.S. GPS PPS Security Policy.
  • Excellent problem-solving, research, and analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred.
  • Master's degree in an Engineering field.
