Our Focal Plane Operations Process Engineering department provides world class semiconductor and focal plane array manufacturing processes in support of production and development products across multiple domains. We have an opportunity for a talented Process Engineering Manager with a strong background in focal plane array processing or semiconductor processing. The ideal candidate should have experience leading teams and a strong background and understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, precision flip chip bonding (hybridization), diamond point turning, adhesive bonding, and/or optical coating technologies. The candidate should be passionate about leading people to achieve the highest standards of innovation and quality to provide successful products for customers. A sense of urgency and customer service is essential.
