Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the dining room for breakfast.
• Make specialty coffees and heat ready-to-go items.
• Assist with resetting tables and preparing the complimentary breakfast for overnight hotel guests.
• Organize reservations and manage the floor plan for servers and staff.
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner and take feedback from diners.
• Carry drinks and food from the kitchen and bar to tables as needed.
• Clean tables and dining spaces for future guests.
• Memorize the food menu, cocktail, and wine list.
• Take In-room Dining and takeout orders via telephone.
• Complete any other tasks requested by management.
