Responsibilities

• Ensure that all beverages are prepared to maintain quality standards consistently at all times as mandated by TOG Corporate Operations, TOG Director of Operations, and General Manager
• Prepare mise-en-place for expediter line
• Possess full menu knowledge and ability to verbalize it to the guests
• Possess knowledge of floor plan and daily stations
• Possess knowledge of table numbers and seat numbers
• Follow proper service procedures when delivering food
• Offer condiments (pepper, cheese, etc.) when appropriate
• Communicate with server to ensure efficient service
• Assist servers and bussers when necessary
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the floor manager or immediate supervisor
• Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time
• Be able to lift more than 20 lbs
• Be able to carry large trays and hold warm plates
• Assist other FOH staff to perform setting up restaurant, cleaning restaurant, bussing tables, running food, taking food orders, making cocktails, serving guests, assisting host staff, and opening and serving wine when needed
• Perform all duties while following all health department sanitation requirements
• No consumption of alcoholic beverages while working
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
