Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions.
• Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, and food surfaces according to procedures.
• Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and/or placed for sale.
• Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures are preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons.
