About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
• Ability to embrace new technology and change with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and accountability for sales results
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Participate actively in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the store by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
