Responsibilities

• Leads and accepts responsibility for the successful completion of field operations
• Run locator for driller
• Oversee proper set up and tear down of job site
• Complete and submit accurate paperwork back to the office
• Work with mechanic on vehicle maintenance issues
• Fill out damage reports and submit photos on hits, accidents and injuries
• Serve as point of contact for the customer and the end user
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record for team development and employee mentoring capabilities
• Understanding of all underground installation processes
• Keen attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
• 2 years foreman experience within the installation industry
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Valid, unrestricted Class A CDL required to comply with insurance requirements
• Willing to travel
