The Foreman is responsible for assisting the Production Manager in the field on large reconstruction projects. This role involves scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the work at the job site, managing equipment and materials, and ensuring that all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The position offers a base salary of up to $65,000 - $75,000 with additional bonus opportunities!

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager on the project life-cycle for all projects.
• Interact with customers throughout the job including on material selection.
• Interact with Vendors and subcontractors to review and maintain quality repairs.
• Pull all required permits.
• Schedule and meet Inspectors at the job site.
• Procure material for the job site.
• Adhere to project schedules.
• Approve purchase orders.
• Visit job sites every week throughout the life cycle of the job.
• Update systems with photos and notes.
• Assist with the collection of all necessary documentation at the close of the job.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a related field.
• IICRC Certification.
• Water Certification.
• Mid-level experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Experience with Xactimate and Symbility.

Nice-to-haves

• Industry certifications (IICRC and Lead).
• Experience in RMS.
