About The Position

The Forklift Specialist position involves operating a sit-down propane forklift in a safe and efficient manner within a warehouse environment. Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent sit-down propane forklift experience
• Certified forklift license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds as needed for 15 minutes
• Ability to lift and move pallets using a forklift weighing up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Operating a sit-down propane forklift in a safe manner
• Following all work instructions and completing paperwork accurately and timely
• Verifying the condition of customer packages and reporting any non-conformance
• Assisting in all warehouse operations as required
• Reporting any findings of contaminants or safety issues to management
• Inputting data accurately into the VMU system
