Under the direct supervision of the Team Lead Clinical Nutrition, this job is responsible for preparing patient formulas and participating in patient food service activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient formulas and beverages by following diet orders and established recipes. Assure accuracy of the preparation by checking with Clinical Dietitian as needed. Complete required documentation.
• Accurately prepare appropriate volumes to meet patient needs and minimize waste.
• Maintain a continuous level of readiness for inspections by external groups.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Requirements

• Food Handler Certification
• At least 1 year previous experience Preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent Required
• Food service handlers' card 30 Days Preferred
