About the position

Besty AI is seeking one of its first founding Sales Development Representatives to help build the go-to-market (GTM) process and support the company's growth from seed to Series A and beyond. This role will involve working directly with Besty's Head of Sales and hiring manager, Edward Shorter. Besty AI is a company that simplifies guest communication and automates operations for short-term rentals, offering a range of AI-driven features to enhance the management of properties.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement the go-to-market (GTM) process for Besty AI.
  • Engage with potential clients to generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Utilize a multi-threaded approach to outreach, including personal messages and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated individuals with a strong ambition to grow into an Account Executive (AE) role quickly.
  • Willingness to relocate to New York City and work in-office 5 days a week.
