Responsibilities
- Two year FP&A rotational program located in NYC with 3 rotations across our Corporate, Product and Operations FP&A teams
- Provide business partners with accurate forecasts, variance analysis, and insights into their businesses to help them make timely, effective decisions that support their team's roadmaps
- Supporting core financial processes within Coinbase: month and quarter end close, preparation for earning cycles, annual planning
- Ad-hoc projects: deep dives into specific revenue or expense line items
- Constantly improving processes across our team - take your learnings from one rotation into the next and act as a change agent to share best practices across the FP&A organization
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude that thrives on a high degree of autonomy and embraces Coinbase's 'Act Like an Owner' mindset.
- Proactive self-starter, able to work through ambiguous problems independently, drawing on the expertise of others where needed
- Flexible and keen to learn - actively seek out opportunities to stretch into new areas
- Great written and verbal communication skills - able to synthesize complex topics into simple messages for multiple different audiences
- Demonstrated interest in the crypto ecosystem
