Responsibilities

  • Utilize tools to analyze overhead, labor and material costs within plants & warehouses.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process by reviewing period activity, site level P&Ls, and making journal entries as needed.
  • Prepare month end reporting package for assigned areas to be reviewed by Supply Chain Finance management and included in the executive summary.
  • Perform root cause analysis on P&L accounts to help diagnose business performance.
  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasts as well as the development of a detailed annual plan.
  • Leverage & maintain internal databases for accurate standard costing environment.
  • Support inventory controls & month end processes to drive inventory count accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned that will impact and support the overall outcome of the company and department objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Supply Chain.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience-whether you've been crunching numbers or supporting supply chain operations, we want your expertise.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and drive results, and demonstrates understanding of importance of deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly adapt to ERP and BI systems.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-whether you're presenting data or collaborating with teams, you know how to get the message across.
