Responsibilities

• Financial Forecasting and Projections (30%)
• Customer Service & Reporting (35%)
• Budget Process and Budget to Actual Analysis (35%)

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience: 2 or more years work experience in Finance specifically with budget preparation & financial forecasting or projections and financial analysis.
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word, advance knowledge of Excel desired; working knowledge of all other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, etc.). Extensive experience with computerized accounting system.
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to details required.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure on multiple projects with competing deadlines and to prioritize work effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong preference for knowledge of nonprofit accounting or finance experience.
• Working knowledge of Abila's MIP Fund Accounting a plus.
