About the position

Responsible for creating and delivering the foundation of FP&A products and services. Partners with FP&A Partners and Leaders to communicate business performance results and provide insights, align on key business drivers and/or implications to the overall business based on financial results, and document inputs/outputs and assumptions to update models and financial plans. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours. Responsibilities

  • Review financial results, comparing and analyzing actuals versus plan, forecast, and prior year to analyze the cause of variances, identify trends, and monitor impacts to key performance indicators
  • Partner with Accounting to provide input to monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely data and reporting
  • Execute, maintain, and enhance reporting for Companywide and Department financial reviews, business performance reviews, and forecasts
  • Audit and test financial data quality and outputs to ensure the highest degree of confidence in forecasts and reports for internal and external reporting
  • Improve and help streamline processes
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate-level experience in analyzing operational and financial data
  • Broad knowledge in building budgets and forecasts of future company performance
  • Experience in preparing financial reports
