About the position

The Senior FP&A Analyst TechOps will be responsible for analyzing current and past trends with key performance indicators, including all areas of expenses. This role involves providing clear and accurate tracking of actuals versus plan, forecast, and prior year, as well as monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. The analyst will review and approve purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices, and prepare monthly accruals and reclass entries as needed. Additionally, the role includes preparing monthly prepayments and amortization entries, and providing support with CAPEX forecasts. The analyst will maintain productivity, OTI, and initiatives trackers, support the annual budget and 3YP and forecast process, and load data into the OP tool (SAC/OneStream). Monthly and quarterly financial reporting, customized reports for functions showing periodic and YTD results, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis will also be part of the responsibilities. The analyst will support the Senior Management Team and department heads with in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and drivers, and assist in the preparation of presentations for the TechOps Leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly prepayments and amortization entries.
  • Providing clear and accurate tracking of actuals and supporting with CAPEX forecast.

  • Supporting Senior Management Team and department heads with in-depth financial analysis required.
  • Analyzing and providing variance analysis and drivers.
  • Supporting in the preparation of presentations to TechOps Leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance / qualified accountant.
  • Deep knowledge of accounting (USGAAP, accruals/matching concept, capitalization rules).
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with SAP/Ariba/OneStream.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Very organized and detail-oriented with an ability to be flexible and independent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
