FPI Corporate Finance Program Manager

About the position

Working closely with the CFO, the FPI Corporate Finance Program Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, streamlining productivity, and overseeing program management of strategic and organizational importance from planning and governance to successful completion. Independently manages and tracks a wide variety of data and information in furtherance of organizational initiatives. Communicates plans and progress, organizes groups and meetings, identifies risks and takes corrective action, coordinates and delegates, and requests inputs from a variety of stakeholders to ensure successful and timely completion of projects and initiatives; and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficiency and streamline productivity in corporate finance programs.
• Oversee program management from planning and governance to successful completion.
• Independently manage and track data and information for organizational initiatives.
• Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders, including the CFO.
• Organize groups and meetings, identify risks, and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks among project teams.
• Prepare communications and briefing materials for key meetings and updates.
• Align and report on expected outcomes and key deliverables for Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, or related field.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience planning and leading highly visible, successful projects and programs.
• Strong knowledge and experience with presentation tools and business project applications.
• PMP certification desired.
