The Business Services Team (BST) is the operational heart of BCG, providing essential support in areas such as finance, human resources, risk, and IT. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex schedules for Managing Director & Partners (MDPs) and ensure they have what they need to serve clients effectively.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel needs, including booking travel and accommodations, and managing commuting logistics.
  • Process timesheets and expenses in a timely manner.
  • Support administrative aspects of MDP internal commitments, including practice area activities and leadership committees.
  • Build effective working relationships with MDPs, clients, and internal resources to facilitate communication and scheduling.
  • Assist with account planning, client relationship management, and the creation of client team materials.
  • Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to MDPs, keeping them informed of critical information and guiding their decision-making.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and spoken French is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience.
