About the position

Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and direct clients and visitors appropriately.
- Maintain client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information and processing payments.
- Assist clients with retail merchandise and manage retail sales.
- Prepare and track donations to non-profit organizations.
- Schedule, promote, and participate in special events, ensuring client communications are updated and visible.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to handle customer escalations.
- Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software, particularly Microsoft Suite.
- Dependable and flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends.
Nice-to-haves
- Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience, including knowledge of the four basic strokes and teaching curriculum.
