The CET Retail Web Technology team is responsible for leading a coordinated technological approach to developing and maintaining Schwab's primary digital web channel. Our goal is to create a seamless experience across our web and downloadable platforms that are powerful yet simple for our customers to use. Integral to a highly scalable yet customized suite of platforms is the need for a strong user experience offering within technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites while addressing complicated scalability requirements.
• Build interactive web applications using cutting-edge web technologies.
• Contribute to a highly collaborative culture and Agile team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 3+ years of professional experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Expertise in developing and deploying enterprise applications with Java/C# and Angular.
• Full-Stack experience with HTML5, Angular, JavaScript, JQuery & Stencil JS.
• 2-5 years of experience building RESTful services and/or SOAP based APIs.
• Experience with cloud services like Pivotal Cloud or AWS/Azure.
• Experience developing against SQL like SQL Server/NoSQL systems like MongoDB.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile software development principles.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Node or similar technologies.
• Experience with GitHub actions, Splunk and cloud native development.
• Experience with TDD & BDD.
• Experience with test automation.
