This position serves as the point of access to the Executive, providing direct executive level, confidential administrative services to the Senior Vice President of Business Operations. The role assists in the accomplishment and implementation of college goals and initiatives. The incumbent must have a keen understanding of the Executive's goals, philosophy, divisional policies, and strategy in order to effectively act as a liaison on behalf of the Executive with both external and internal contacts. This position also serves a vital role in managing the Divisional office operations and works in close collaboration with others to execute the goals of the Division and the College. The incumbent must exercise good judgment, work independently, and demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills. This position provides quality customer service with a high degree of confidentiality and diplomacy. The incumbent must demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment, seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy. Regular on-campus presence is expected for all LCC employment.
