About The Position

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and shipping orders at the Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. This role involves various tasks to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory management, contributing to the overall mission of Walgreens to provide quality healthcare services.

Requirements

• Willing to work a flexible shift.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail, centralized services, or fulfillment center environment.
• At least 6 months experience operating motorized material handling equipment.
• At least 6 months experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning.
• At least 6 months experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping prescriptions to customers.
• Tracking all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability.
• Verifying orders and ensuring accurate entry into the inventory management system.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris.
• Upholding quality standards set forth by management.
