About The Position

As a Full Stack Developer on the Wealth & Distribution Technology Architecture team, you will collaborate with skilled peers to design and implement solutions across the sales and distribution value stream. This role focuses on technical modernization and delivering meaningful business outcomes, requiring a commitment to inclusivity, flexibility, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer in the financial services industry.
  • 1+ year strong knowledge in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • 1+ year strong knowledge in back-end development using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.
  • 1+ year experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • 1+ year experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales & distribution related business processes and technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • AWS Certifications
  • 10+ years of design & development experience including frontend, backend, database, and integration technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL development.
  • Experience with event streaming and web service protocols like SOAP, REST, JSON, or Kafka.
  • Experience in AWS cloud application design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Solution Architects & Development Teams to translate architecture to design/code-level execution.
  • Provide hands-on guidance with design, development, testing, and deploying web applications using technologies such as React, Node.js, MongoDB, GraphQL.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Optimize the performance, security, and scalability of applications using best practices and industry standards.
  • Research and learn new technologies and tools, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Contribute to governed architecture artifacts, including Solution, Decisions, Strategies, and Roadmaps.
  • Participate in project team meetings, status updates, planning, and requirement reviews.
  • Engage in design and code reviews, architecture/design decisions, and technology evaluations.
  • Stay aware of industry trends and participate in architecture community events.
