About the position

Smart Data Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team, focusing on healthcare process automation and interoperability. The role involves participating in project requirement documentation, designing web application features, implementing and testing new applications, and enhancing existing applications. The developer will also be responsible for defect corrections, UX improvements, and ensuring secure and performant coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Participation in project requirement documentation and web application feature design
• Implementation and testing of new web applications as per assigned project requirements
• Augmentation of existing web applications with new features and capabilities
• Defect corrections and general UX improvements
• Design and implementation of testing suites for applications
• Adherence to secure coding best practices
• Implementation of performant coding best practices
• Participation in application documentation and training

Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5
• Experience with frameworks: Spring, AngularJS, jQuery
• Backend technologies: Java, JSP or Velocity
• Experience with relational SQL databases (MySQL preferred)
• Familiarity with Unix-like and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of web application security best practices (OWASP Top 10)
• Experience with Git version control
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
