About The Position

The Full Stack Developer position at Randstad US is a contract role focused on the development and support of Global Capital Markets technology applications. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, leading and delivering various initiatives while being a core member of the technology team. This role requires a strong background in backend Java and Angular, along with excellent communication skills to interact with senior business partners and technology management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience in software development.
• 7+ years of hands-on core Java experience.
• 5+ years of user interface development experience using Angular 5+.
• 2+ years of Unix/Linux scripting experience.
• 5+ years of backend database development experience, preferably with Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the financial sector.
• Agile methodology experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver development initiatives as the primary architect and hands-on technology leader.
• Develop and support various applications within the Global Capital Markets Technology team.
• Design and architect solutions for complex enterprise applications.
• Conduct middle-tier development including Webservices, Apache, or Weblogic.
• Create clean and progressively enhanced code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
